Suspected Drunk Driver Hits Deputy

Accidents do not discriminate. They can happen anytime, any place to anyone. According to the San Antonio Express News , a Bexar County Sheriff’s Deputy sustained injuries after being hit by a suspected drunk driver.

The sheriff’s deputy, whose name is not being released, was directing traffic on the shoulder of I-35 when he was struck by the suspected drunk driver’s truck. According to a spokesman for the Bexar County Sheriff’s Department, the deputy is recovering at Methodist Hospital.
