A San Antonio woman, driving a white BMW, was injured in a car accident Monday . She was driving down Wurzbach, crossed over a median and ran head on into a sedan.
Her name and age have not been released. She is hospitalized at Brooke Army Medical Center.
The San Antonio Express News reports the dog riding with the woman was unharmed.
